Icebod Active is the first wearable cryotherapy solution built for movement, where compression meets cold therapy.
You push hard. You work physically. But those sore joints, stiff muscles, swelling, they demand rest.
Old-school icing means ice bags, messy leaks, downtime. It’s time for something smarter.
Each piece of Icebod gear comes with tailored pockets for icing knees, shins, thighs, back, and arms — no fuss, no mess, just relief.
“After a round of golf, my back pain was unbearable. Traditional icing was a nightmare - the packs leaked, I couldn’t move, and recovery meant being stuck on the couch. That’s when I knew there had to be a smarter way.” - David, co-founder
Over time, we designed prototypes, tested with athletes, refined materials, made sure the ice packs stayed flexible while frozen — all to bring you Icebod Active.
Icebod Active was built for anyone who wants relief without
slowing down:
No matter your lifestyle, Icebod helps you move, recover, and
feel better. Find your relief today and feel the difference.
James Worthy, known as "Big Game James," was at his best in the clutch and when the game was on the line. A 6-foot-9, 225 pound forward, Worthy filled the lane for 12 seasons with the “Showtime” Los Angeles Lakers. Running the floor with speed and agility, he often finished a play with a swooping one-handed dunk.
In the low-post, the versatile Worthy had an assortment of offensive moves that made him an unstoppable force and a player who averaged between 17.6 points and 21.4 points for eight straight seasons. The Hall of Famer is still active, golfing and playing other sports. He still ices after every sports event, he never stopped icing. But now he ices the easy way, with Icebod Active.
