To return an item, please include your order number, complete name, address, a daytime telephone number, and email address inside the return package. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days for us to process it. You will receive an email notifying you that your refund is being processed back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a Gift Card, we will refund your purchase amount to a new electronic gift card for that amount.
Order and Delivery Status: You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking number link in the email you receive once your order ships. If you have not received all the items you ordered, they may arrive separately from either our Connecticut or Nevada warehouse. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
Shipping: Our fulfillment center takes 24-48 hours to pick, pack and ship your order. We use various delivery carriers utilizing standard shipping, including DHL, FedEx SmartPost, and the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. We currently do not ship internationally.
Gift Cards: Our digital gift cards never expire and can be used online at icebodactive.com. To apply a digital gift card or promotional discount code, add all your Icebod Active products to your shopping cart, then click on "CHECKOUT" and enter the code in the "Gift card or discount" field. Please note that discount codes can only be used once per order and cannot be combined. Physical gift cards can also be used online, and must be added to your shopping cart prior to completing the checkout.
